Notes on using coated peanuts roasting oven: 

1. When roasting, make swing oven temperature high enough, speed and temperature should be even. 

2. You cannot put too much peanuts into the rotary cage, 40 kilogram is appropriate for each time, the coated peanuts occupy about 80% of the cage volume is better, too much peanuts will make the heating unevenly, and too little peanuts will cause the outer coat broken.

3. The roasting temperature should be under 210 ℃, roasting time for about 20 minutes. 

4. Roasting is an important step of coated peanuts production, during the roasting process, you should pick up some coated peanuts samples to taste from time to time, so as to keep the heating temperature and time appropriate and guarantee the product quality. The roasted peanuts which are not burnt, no deformation and no peeling are qualified products. It can be used combining with the peanut coating machine in coating production line.
